WTHOA HOME IMPROVEMENT APPROVAL:
Making an improvement to your home? 
Be sure to submit your request for approval to the Architectural Control Committee 30 days prior to beginning construction.

  • Parking at Castlewood and Applewood parks is for residents only while using the facilities.  No overnight parking is allowed.  Violators will be towed.
  • The City of Friendswood has an ordinance that prohibits people from allowing their dogs to dump their waste on others property, and on sidewalks and public spaces.  Please be courteous and clean up after your pet!
  • No building shall be erected, placed, altered, modified, or expanded on any Lot until the construction plans, specifications and plot plan have been approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee of Wilderness Trails subdivision.

  • NOTICE: 2025 Annual HOA Dues: The 2025 Annual Homeowners Association Dues are $290.00 and are due on April 1, 2026. We now accept Zelle for electronic payments.

    Important* Include your property address in the account number/memo field. 

    For any questions regarding annual homeowner's association dues, please contact the WTHOA accountant, Pat Garner (281-648-5300)


  • NOTICE: The HOA will not be mailing out pool/park keys this year. Any homowners that need another key, please contact Pat Garner (281-648-5300) to obtain a new one.

  • REMINDER: Friendswood leash laws apply in our neighborhood. All dogs must be on leashes when being walked or in the front yard of houses in the neighborhood.
