Parking at Castlewood and Applewood parks is for residents only while using the facilities. No overnight parking is allowed. Violators will be towed.

that prohibits people from allowing their dogs to dump
their waste on others property, and on sidewalks and

NOTICE: 2025 Annual HOA Dues: The 2025 Annual Homeowners Association Dues are $290.00 and are due on April 1, 2026. We now accept Zelle for electronic payments.

REMINDER: Friendswood leash laws apply in our neighborhood. All dogs must be on leashes when being walked or in the front yard of houses in the neighborhood.
