WTHOA POOL RULES |

Must have key to enter. |
2. |
No one allowed in pool or pool area unless a lifeguard is
present. |
3. |
Diving is prohibited. |
4. |
Children under 3 years must remain within arms reach of an
adult while in the pool. |
5. |
Children 10 years and under must be directly accompanied and
supervised by a parent or an individual 18 years of age or older. |
6. |
Lifeguards have the authority to remove or ban any person or
object from pool that they feel affects the safety of persons or
property. |
7. |
If there is a disagreement with a lifeguard?s decision, any
discussion must take place when the lifeguard is not on duty. The WTHOA
Board will mediate any disagreements. |
8. |
Running, dunking, horseplay, pushing, profanity or lewd
behavior is prohibited. |
9. |
No glass containers, alcohol of any kind, or smoking allowed in pool
area. |
10. |
Food and drinks are restricted to the picnic tables and grass areas only. |
11. |
Swimsuits only - No shorts or long pants |
12. |
No pets allowed in the pool area. |
13. |
No wheeled vehicles except strollers or wheelchairs. Bikes
must be left outside of gate. |
14. |
Cloth and disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool. Children who are not toilet-trained must where “swim” diapers. |
15. |
Wilderness Trails Homeowner?s Association is not responsible
for lost or stolen items. |
16. |
In case of lightning or thunder, the entire pool shall be
cleared of all persons for the duration of storm. |
17. |
Two long blasts of whistle means ?Clear the Pool
immediately.? |
18. |
Anyone caught inside the pool fence or swimming after hours will be arrested for
TRESPASSING. |
19. |
Castlewood Park is also accessible with pool key, and the
hours of operation are dawn until dusk. |
20. |
Guests are allowed only when accompanied by a resident. |
