Must have key to enter.
||No one allowed in pool or pool area unless a lifeguard is

||Children under 3 years must remain within arms reach of an
adult while in the pool.
||Children 10 years and under must be directly accompanied and
supervised by a parent or an individual 18 years of age or older.
||Lifeguards have the authority to remove or ban any person or
object from pool that they feel affects the safety of persons or

discussion must take place when the lifeguard is not on duty. The WTHOA
Board will mediate any disagreements.
||Running, dunking, horseplay, pushing, profanity or lewd
behavior is prohibited.
||No glass containers, alcohol of any kind, or smoking allowed in pool
||Food and drinks are restricted to the picnic tables and grass areas only.
||Swimsuits only - No shorts or long pants
||No pets allowed in the pool area.
||No wheeled vehicles except strollers or wheelchairs. Bikes
must be left outside of gate.
||Cloth and disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool. Children who are not toilet-trained must where “swim” diapers.
||Wilderness Trails Homeowner's Association is not responsible
for lost or stolen items.
||In case of lightning or thunder, the entire pool shall be
cleared of all persons for the duration of storm.
||Two long blasts of whistle means "Clear the Pool
||Anyone caught inside the pool fence or swimming after hours will be arrested for
